Water Quality Data
We encourage the use and publication of AWC data in scientific, policy-related, or educational activities. Any published use of AWC data or information must acknowledge the AWC as the source. A suggested citation is:

All data collected by volunteer monitors trained through the AWC Citizens Environmental Monitoring Program (CEMP). Data review and verification is ongoing.

Over 40 concerned and dedicated Anchorage citizens collect vital water quality data from 26 creek sites between Eagle River and Girdwood. Data has been collected from some sites as far back as 1998. Graphs of temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, turbidity, conductivity, nitrate, phosphate, and bacteria are available for the following watersheds and creeks:
